Wendy is a passionate, senior Innovation and Insights professional, having worked for companies such as Simplot, Lion Dairy and Drinks (National Foods), Diageo and Carlton and United Breweries in senior Marketing, Innovation and Insight roles.
In her consulting career, she has worked specifically on innovation projects that included insight, ideation, co-creation with consumers and capability building projects for Murray Goulburn, Heinz, Nando’s, McCormicks, Charlies Cookies, Chobani and Madam Flavour Tea. Wendy’s expertise covers insight capability and facilitation, creative approaches to discovery stage innovation using design lead and lean canvas methodologies, co-creation, end to end innovation project management and commercialisation and use of formalised and rigorous Stage Gate system.

Dermott Dowling is a strategic, innovative, business professional with a passion for building great brands, businesses and teams with experience and achievements across companies, countries and cultures. He has over 18 years experience building international brands and businesses across Australia, Asia Pacific and the UK including Fonterra, Foster’s and Lion Dairy & Drinks.
He has also worked with numbers of food companies including Bulla Dairy Foods, H.J Heinz Co. Ltd., Horizone Science Pty Ltd., McCormick Foods Australia, Mondelez International and Uniquest (Progel Pty Ltd). He has helped these companies to grow their business through lean and fast innovation.
Mike has more than 25 years leadership experience in general management, global and domestic marketing, strategy and innovation across multiple Food & Beverage categories I believe that brand equity is built through helping people within organisations gain an intimate understanding of their customer/ consumer so it is clear how they create value and bring their brand to life.
Over the last 4 years his consulting roles have spanned working with large industry bodies such as Dairy Australia to very small start-ups like The Healthy Grain, Meredith Dairies and Loving Earth, Food & Beverage businesses like Simplot and B2B organisations like Box Corporate (The Fruit Box). The underlying approach is to focus on and gain deep insight into a particular business/ brand challenge and use those insights to align people behind a clear strategy and its execution.
Prior to consulting Mike held a number of Executive Leadership roles including Group Executive, Marketing, innovation and Grocery Sales at National Foods (now part of Lion), the largest Consumer Dairy & Juice business in Australia, Global Marketing Director and Global Category Director at Fonterra, one of the world's largest dairy companies and Reckitt Benckiser, a leading global consumer goods company in Spain, France, the UK and New Zealand.
